Have you seen that house in Kirkwood? What started as a simple rear addition quickly evolved into a whole house renovation. The original 1100 sf footprint left little room to hangout so providing more ‘party-in-the-back’ was necessary. Respecting the home’s existing style, we extended that classic ‘gambrel’ roofline to seamlessly connect old and new. Two new cumaru-clad dormers will hint at the modernity you can expect to find inside.
