Mademan provides comprehensive architecture services from preliminary concepts through to construction coordination. The process can vary based on individual client needs but always begins with a personal introduction. This meeting establishes general project parameters, scope of work, schedule, budget, and key goals. A professional services proposal comes next to ensure that fees are understood and accepted. With this initial information outlined we move forward with all phases of contractual services, including the research of applicable codes, the production of images, materials, furniture, and photography to illustrate the design intent, documentation of special electrical, HVAC and plumbing design criteria, the final contract documents, and on-site construction administration.

Our 13,000 sf workshop located in ‘The Grove’ neighborhood of St Louis allows us the ability to create most anything. We have a dedicated wood shop outfitted with all the features necessary to turn trees into 2x’s; metal fabrication tools, tables, welders and torches; we even have a paint booth large enough to fit a truck. And if we don’t have the ability to do something in-house we have the contacts to produce it nearby. Our work includes quality, environmentally responsible materials that we can often find locally, sustainably, and that are sure to last for generations. The working process is every bit as professional and design-intensive as the architectural process. Clients receive detailed pricing, renderings, and revisions to ensure the production of a truly custom piece.
